Responsibilities: Strategic planning and visionary for Web Fire. Telephony network design and engineering. Sales and customer service.

Background/Education: Graduated from Midwestern State University in 1996 with Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and International Trade with Minors in English, Economics, and Business Administration. Hold several industry standard certifications: Cloud PBX, SIP SSCA and SSVVP, Cisco CCSE, NEC and ESI and other manufacturers. Holds a Private Security License from The State of Texas.

More about Ripley: Well versed in all levels of technical design and implementation and takes a hands-on-approach to exceeding client’s expectations. In 2009, Ripley received the Small Business Person award in Wichita Falls and subsequently won the Regional Small Business Person award in 2010 presented by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Ripley believes in giving back to the community that has been so gracious to him, his family and Web Fire. With this in mind, Mr. Tate makes time to serve on several Boards and organizations such as the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Texoma Community Credit Union, Wichita Falls’ Planning and Zoning Commission, Center for Non-Profit Management, Resource Wichita Falls, Leadership Wichita Falls and others. An advocate and student of Zig Ziglar’s philosophies, Ripley truly wants to help others be the best they can be.
