Steven was the man yesterday. Our internet was intermittent. Switch had gone bad, but we had no idea this was the problem. As a result, we could not reliably run business properly. He came out within the hour we called, found the problem very quickly, and provided/installed a temporary replacement, all in roughly an hour. He also very simply explained what he did and how he found the issue, as well as recommending some steps to take for ease of maintenance in the future.
